On January 26, 2023, Sifu Vital Yarashevich led the continuing education class for teachers at Sunshine State Academy. More than forty educators learned Qigong and Tai Chi basic exercises. These exercises help relieve stress & pain and improve productivity. This, in turn, helps teachers with both their mental and physical health, which is crucial for taking care of students.
