Vital Martial Arts Academy was deeply honored to have proudly hosted a truly transformative two-day workshop: “Listening Hands, Instant Response with Em. Professor Grandmaster Sam F.S. Chin.” This intensive event, rooted in the profound principles of I Liq Chuan, took place on July 12-13, 2025, right here at our academy at 410 NE 1st Ave. Suite 4, Hallandale Beach, Florida, 33009.
Participants had the rare and invaluable opportunity to delve into the core principles of cultivating hyper-sensitivity and real-time adaptability under the direct guidance of the esteemed Grandmaster Sam F.S. Chin, the founder and Gatekeeper of I Liq Chuan Kung Fu, “The Martial Art of Awareness.” This workshop was designed for martial artists of all backgrounds, emphasizing internal awareness rather than rote techniques. It aimed to foster a profound understanding of how to respond spontaneously and effectively in any situation.
The “Listening Hands, Instant Response” methodology, central to I Liq Chuan, challenged attendees to improve their reaction time and intuition. It focused on developing the crucial internal awareness needed to adapt instantly and authentically.
